By practicing TaiChi / Qigong, we help bring an awareness to mindfulness, meditation, gentle movement and breath work to assist in achieving vitality, inner peace, and relaxation.
Understanding the needs of clients and attaining the goals of each individual. We apply the core principles and elements for each person and help maintain a healthy balance for body and mind.
Currently with Covid-19, we are only practicing with online classes. These classes are three times a week. If you’re interested in more sessions, additional days can be arranged. Please contact us for access to these classes and feel the difference for yourself.
